To Åboulevard 3: The central station is roughly 10 minutes away by public transport and 20 minutes by foot. For the Oceankaj Cruise Terminal it takes around 40 minutes by public transport (or 1,5 hours by foot).
To Vester Voldgade 2: From the central station it is a 10 minute walk. The closest metro station is Rådhuspladsen and is one stop away. The same goes for the S-train station Vesterport. From the Oceankaj Cruise Terminal it will take you around 30 minutes.
For Åboulevard 3: The easiest option is to go to Det Grønne Parkeringshus in 5 minute walking distance from the shop. It is located on Blågårdsgade/ Åboulevarden, and you simply buy a ticket for the duration of your stay. Alternatively, you can also park on the streets and will need to use a Danish parking app, ie. EasyPark. Parking on Sundays or national holidays is for free.
For Vester Voldgade 2: There are two parking spots around the corner: Studiestræde 48 Parking and on Jarmers Plads. For both you will need a parking app.

We accept credit- and debit-cards as well as cash. For rentals, please note that we have to take a deposit for any other payment method than credit card, and that you have to return the bikes during our opening hours (09.00-14.30) to receive your deposit back. The deposit for a normal bike is 500 kr. and 1000 kr. for a special bike.
If you return our bikes after opening hours (09.00-14.30), then park the bikes in front of our store, put the keys into the pouch we gave you, and throw the keys into the letter box. Baskets and helmets need to be chained to the bikes. Please do not return bikes after 18.00. Instead come back the next morning between 08.30 and 09.00.

No, when you rent a bike you are liable for theft and if you lose a bike, you have to pay for it. All bikes come with a double-lock, and if you take good care of locking it, the risk for theft is very small. Most travel insurances cover theft, so we recommend checking out whether your travel insurance would cover in case of theft.
All bikes must be returned either by 18.00 on the last day of the rental period, or on the following morning between 08.30 and 09.00. For bikes that are returned later, we will charge you an extra day. Bikes need to be returned to the same place that you picked them up.
During the time of the rental, you are fully responsible for any damages to the bike and you agree to pay for any damages. If you would like to be insured against flat tires, you can get our Flat Tire Insurance. Please read our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for a full overview.
In case the bike breaks and you cannot continue your trip, give us a call, or return with the bike to the store to get a new one. Don’t panic. We will always find a solution.
